Application:
FL Series Boiling granulating machine is one of commonly-used process equipments in the production of solid preparation in pharmaceutical industry, and is also widely used in chemical, food industry, etc. This equipment is set with such functions as mixing, granulating and drying.
 
Principles:
The equipment is composed of main machine(Processor), air handling unit(AHU), heating and control systems. When operating, charge the material into FBG Bowl, set the procedure and parameters according to process requirements and then start the processor. The inlet air is filtered by the air handling unit(AHU) and heated by the heating system, and then the processed air enters into the processor. Afterwards, the binder solution system sprays the solution into the processor by the means of a spraying gun to agglutinate with the material and granules are formed. After the operation is finished according to set procedure and parameters, move out FBG bowl to lock with fixed lifting transferring machine to elevate material or use vacuum charger to feed produced granules into high-position granulator. During the whole process, powder dust and cross contamination are effectively controlled.

The whole machine has no dead angles, residue, uneven surface or protruded screws. PLC is designed to ensure fully automatic control. All the operations are automatically finished according to given parameters by customers. Moreover, process parameters can be printed and original records are true and reliable.
