GH Poly-directional Movement
Mixing Machine is extensively used in such industries as pharmacy, chemical, metallurgy, food, agriculture, light industry and so on.
Principle:
The material is charged to mixing barrel by the charger or vacuum charging system. The mixing barrel is supported by the driving and driven shafts which are crossed and mutually perpendicular in space and are connected by Y shape universal joint, so that the mixing barrel makes unique translation, inversion and reversal movement in three-dimensional space so as to speed up the flow and diffusion of the material while mixing, and also to avoid segregation and gathering of the material due to the action of centrifugal force in the ordinary mixer. Then, satisfactory mixing efficiency of material can be achieved within a short time.
