Main Features Of The Product
The rope microwave drying equipment is an environment-friendly and economic drying equipment developed and produced by using the
principle of microwave heating. It transforms the commonly used electric energy into microwave energy. The microwave radiation
penetrates the rope and other materials, producing thermal and biological effects, making the rope itself a heating body. The
temperature rises, and the water vaporization in the rope is discharged through the moisture drainage system, so as to achieve the
purpose of drying and stretching.

Characteristics of rope microwave stretching drying equipment:
1. The drying and stretching speed is fast and the time is short. Microwave instantaneous radiation penetrates the rope to produce thermal and biological effects without heat conduction, so the drying speed is fast and the time is short.
2. Energy conservation and environmental protection. The process of rope microwave drying does not need heat transfer, almost no energy loss, more than 30% energy saving compared with other methods. The whole drying process does not produce any "three wastes", which conforms to the requirements of national environmental protection policies, and the production environment is clean and sanitary.
3. Low temperature drying and stretching will not affect the original toughness and quality of the rope.
4. Rope microwave dehydration drying equipment is used for drying and stretching, accompanied by sterilization and expansion function, so that the rope appearance is beautiful and meets the national health requirements.
5. The microwave drying equipment is small in size, small in area, no complex pipeline system, no coal, gas and other raw materials, only water, electricity and other basic conditions.
6. Advanced technology and simple operation, the equipment is made of imported high configuration, acid resistant and corrosion-resistant stainless steel plate, with automatic temperature control system, automatic control of microwave density system, automatic deviation correction system of transmission belt, and transmission frequency control system. The microwave tube adopts Toshiba and Samsung brands. The transformer can be oil immersed water-cooled, air-cooled and self cooled, which can ensure
the equipment to work continuously 24 hours.
