Application:
FG Series Boiling
Drying Machine is one of commonly-used process equipments in the production of solid preparation in pharmaceutical industry. It is also widely applied to such industries as pharmacy, chemistry and food,etc.
Principles:
The equipment is composed of main machine(Processor), air handling unit(AHU), heating and control systems. When operating, charge the material into FBD Bowl, set the procedure and parameters according to process requirements and then start the processor. The inlet air is filtered by the air handling unit(AHU) and heated by the heating system, and then the processed air enters into the processor. The material is fluidified and dried by hot air so that moisture evaporates and material is dried rapidly. After the operation is finished according to set procedure and parameters, move out FBD bowl to lock with fixed lifting transferring machine to elevate material or use vacuum charger to feed produced granules into high-position granulator. During the whole process, powder dust and cross contamination are effectively controlled.
