 Application:
This machine is mainly used for cleaning vessels in the process of solid preparation production in pharmaceutical industry. A hopper cleaning machine can clean mixing or transferring hoppers with different specifications. It is an ideal machine for cleaning vessels in pharmaceutical plants. Principles:
This machine is composed of cleaning system, control system, etc. When it works, push the mixing hopper or transferring hopper to be cleaned into the cleaning room. Open the cover of hopper, put the rotary cleaning ball on the cover and get ready to clean. Set cleaning procedure according process requirements and start cleaning the internal surface according to the set procedure once confirmation. The external surface of vessels are cleaned manually by using the high-pressure water gun. Send the cleaned vessels to the vessel drying room for drying, and keep it for future use.
