It is suitable to dry heat-sensitive materials at low temperature which is easy to decompose, polymerize and deteriorate. It is widely applied to such industries as pharmacy, chemical, food and electronics, etc.
Vacuum drying means to heat the material to be dried under vacuum condition. If a vacuum pump is used for air evacuation and moisture exhaustion, drying speed will increase.
Re: If a condenser is used, the solvent in the material can be recycled by the condenser. If SK series water ring vacuum pump is used, there is no need to use the condenser, so that energy can be saved.
1. Under vacuum, the boiling point of material decreases, and the driving force of heat transfer increases, so that heat transfer area of the evaporator can be saved.
2. The heat source from evaporation can be steam at low pressure or from waste heat.
3. Heat loss is low during evaporation.
4. Disinfection can be preceded by drying. Any impurities cannot mix into dried material in the process of drying, which meets the standard of GMP.
5. The machine is a static vacuum dryer. Therefore, the dried material is not easily out of shape.
